Work with management and staff to craft tactics – programs, actions, and plans – that give substance to the strategies.

Identify measurable items that will help gauge progress towards your goals, and identify data sources for each.

Facilitate Development

We believe that the best strategic work is driven by broad listening to an organization’s many constituencies and our process endeavors to reach as many voices as possible through individual interviews, group sessions, and online surveys. This input will then drive your leadership’s discussion at a day-long planning meeting where we facilitate the development of your Core Ideology, goals, strategies and measurements.

Since the “How we will do it” is as important as the “What we will do” we also include a half-day session with staff to examine tactics to support each strategy to ensure your organization has a preliminary approach to success from the outset.
